Strangely, it's often hardest to maintain integrity with yourself.

Hi Everyone

Long time since I've posted a new video, I've been having a few responsibility issues, I was posting everyday and it was begining to feel like another responsibility when I'm actually trying to reduce mine.

Whatever, it's good to be back, but the daily posts are in the past - let's hope that 'less is more'.

OK, I do know better than to face the sun when I shoot video, makes me squint, when open eyes make better contact, but it just felt right - It seems like the first time the sun has shone for a month!

Hi, was having some upload access issues - so, as an experiment I planned to quit my daily laugh for four weeks to see how I'd feel without it. 

Anyway, Paul, who owns Studio D where I have my office said to me yesterday: 'FFS will you have a laugh, you're getting miserable!' And it's true, I've been so down, can't focus on my work or life.

So, I've learnt my lesson, I wont stop laughing again - try it yourself
