I thought you might like to see Blackpool Illuminations as an interesting change of backdrop for todays laughing yoga - they're just around the corner from my home. They're fun and bring light to the darkness, which is exactly what Laughing Yoga is intended to do.
Confession - I was a bit shy about laughing in public - I did get some strange looks from some people, but I raised a few smiles too - which, for me, is what laughing yoga's all about.
