Laughing Yoga - The Fountain of Youth

Children laugh easily and often - Adults laugh much less - Why do we find it so hard to laugh as we get older - especially when laughter is so beneficial to our mental and physical health.


OK, so I was having a bit of fun with the statistics, but laughter probably will make your life better - and longer
