Laughing Yoga - Laughing in the evening sun

Hi I had a pleasant laughing yoga session - evening sun in my back garden - pick your own spot for a laugh - anywhere that suits you - it's all good.

Laughing yoga has seen me through some tough times, it can do the same for you - when you feel the world's against you, a few minutes concentrated laughing turns a hostile world into a warm fuzzy place


So, that's my routine, why don't you try it too and never let a day go by without one good laughing yoga session

Laughing Yoga - Love what you do, love life

Laughing Yoga-istas
Good to see you again, hope your life is getting better. Sometimes life can be painfull, when you're sad and hurt - I've been there, so have most people one time or another - I found laughing yoga - pain diminished


Couldn't stop laughing today, I always try to keep these video clips under ten minutes, but when the clip ends that doesn't mean you have to stop - try and build up until you laugh for a full ten minutes.

Laughing Yoga - Simple as laughing

Today it's just about laughter - and laughter is a meditation - letting your mind go free from problems and worries no matter what they are - so, today - Just do it!




To get the most from your laughing yoga practise you should be consistent and do it everyday, letting your laughter sessions increase to about 10 minutes.

Laughing Yoga - Is it really them or is it you?

Laughing Yoga can help you sort out your relationships, giving you a moment of quiet, and maybe chance to reflect - on a day to day basis most upsets are a result of missunderstandings, usually our own. Remember to take time when you feel hurt or insulted, time to think: is this really what the other person intended.


Feeling good? Problems solved? Life back in the groove?
If you're still hurting, look at things from a different perspective, be generous and do some more laughing yoga until the pain has gone.
