Laughing Yoga - Is it really them or is it you?

Laughing Yoga can help you sort out your relationships, giving you a moment of quiet, and maybe chance to reflect - on a day to day basis most upsets are a result of missunderstandings, usually our own. Remember to take time when you feel hurt or insulted, time to think: is this really what the other person intended.


Feeling good? Problems solved? Life back in the groove?
If you're still hurting, look at things from a different perspective, be generous and do some more laughing yoga until the pain has gone.
