Laughing Yoga - Simple as laughing

Hi Laughing Yoga Laughers
Today it's just about laughter - and laughter is a meditation - letting your mind go free from problems and worries no matter what they are - so, today - Just do it!




To get the most from your laughing yoga practise you should be consistent and do it everyday, letting your laughter sessions increase to about 10 minutes.
Laughing Yoga, as always, delivered with love.
