Hi Everyone,
yup, soemtimes I work too hard, or rather too long, and yesterday was one of those days - 12 hours - so I didn't get chance to shoot and upload a new Laughing Yoga video - I'll try and get back on track today, but I do have another long one ahead.
Please re-run one of the previous clips and laugh along with that.
Laughing Yoga, though not always delivered fresh, it is, as always, delivered with love
